Hey everyone, tiny update to combat some bugs that have been happening.

• Police wont get stuck anymore after getting caught once
• Police wont spawn inside you anymore when getting caught
• Limited the amount of stars you can get
• Pedestrains now spawn less visibly 
• Fixed an issue with settings not saving
